Flight Coordinator

About this role

Cares for each client's charter experience, coordinating ground transportation, catering and alternative flight options, and supporting pilots with pre-flight preparations, customs and immigration approvals and landing authorizations. Monitors flight progress in real time while maintaining communication with flight crews, air traffic control and regulatory agencies, and keeps meticulous records per Transport Canada regulations. Requires a post-secondary diploma or degree and 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience, ideally in aviation.
