About this role
Reporting to the President, the Director of Maintenance serves as Flightpath's principal technical authority, providing strategic leadership for the maintenance and continuing airworthiness programs. Working with Approved Maintenance Organizations, aircraft owners and internal stakeholders, you keep a fleet of Canadian- and US-registered business aircraft safe, compliant and operationally ready. Requires an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence or equivalent qualification (Canadian AME preferred), maintenance leadership experience and strong knowledge of the CARs.
