About this role

At The Flying Otter Grill on Victoria's Inner Harbour we create memorable dining experiences from the ground up - every dish from scratch, over 1,500 guests on our busiest days. You will cook a scratch-made menu (seafood paella, house pasta, beurre blancs, demi-glaces, steak and seafood), hold your line during high-volume rushes and keep your station clean, stocked and food-safe. You bring kitchen or food service experience in a scratch kitchen, solid knife skills, FOODSAFE Level 1, and availability for evenings, weekends and peak season.
